Joe Lieberman, CMAP, MBA, BSEE

Joe is a three-time author and seasoned veteran of mergers and acquisitions.

Joe’s career ladder shifted from corporate to private to start-up, launching a digital marketing agency from the basement of his home in the mid-90s. Over the course of fifteen years, his small company grew into a fourteen person strong firm with a great reputation. His first taste of “the exit” then occurred, with the valued support of an M&A professional.

Since 2010, Joe has been providing M&A , exit planning, and business growth consulting services. As a Certified M&A Professional, Joe spends time guiding business owners through the process of selling their company, from market preparation and buyer identification, to agreement negotiations, due diligence and deal done, Joe builds trusting relationships with all his clients to see them through a once-in-a-lifetime journey.

Joe has authored three books on subjects ranging from the challenges and lessons learned from selling a business, entrepreneurship, and leadership self-awareness. His latest book, “Selling Your Business? What Could Possibly Go Wrong?” will be available soon as an eBook and on Amazon.
